Foundation Workshop (2 Days)
A deep-dive virtual workshop exploring the human foundations of safety leadership across three parts: Understanding People, Future Fit Communication, and Scaling for Impact. Led by expert facilitators from the FFSL faculty, which includes Karen Hewitt (LeaderLike) and Dr Megan Tranter (ISCL).

Your Business Impact Project
Every participant completes a one-page, exec-ready Business Impact Project, a real strategic initiative to bring back to your organization. This is the capstone of the program and the measure of what you've learned.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for EHS professionals in leadership roles, including managers, directors, heads of safety, and senior practitioners who are ready to step up their strategic influence and impact.
What is the time commitment?
Two full virtual days, plus one Tuesday session per week for eight weeks. Add 3 x 45-minute coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience. You should also expect to invest time in your Business Impact Project between sessions.
Can my employer pay for this?
Absolutely. Many participants expense this as professional development. We can provide an invoice, a ready-made letter to help make the case to your employer, and supporting materials that frame the program in business terms. What is the Business Impact Project?
It's a one-page, exec-ready strategic initiative that you develop throughout the program and deliver at the end. Supported by your 1:1 coaching sessions, it's designed to be something you can take straight to your leadership team.
